of Murder in the First Degree was duly returned into this Court on the 29th
day of June AD 1920 by the Grand Jury which was in session at that time,
and a bench warrant having been issued and delivered to the Sheriff on
the 30th day of June AD 1920. Now comes the Sheriff with Bench Warrant
and boy of defendant. Defendant present in Court and duly arraigned.
Defendant waives reading of indictment and is given a copy thereof.
Defendant informs the Court that his true name is Arthur Edward Pelcher.
It is ordered that all further proceedings against the dais defendant be
had under the name of Arthur Edward Pelcher. Defendant waives

Haapa as punishment for the crime of Transporting Intoxicating Liquor do
pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or 90 days in jail upon
payment of fifty dollars at this time the balance will be suspended until
further investigation has been made by the Court.

court that balance of the bail money deposited by the 
defendant by returned to the defendant or order.
