Mill City Museum is completely handicapped accessible. All museum entrances, public areas and doorways are wheelchair accessible, and doors are power-assisted. Elevators are located throughout the museum.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on all floors of the museum, with the exception of the observation deck. A single user/family restroom is located in the exhibit gallery.
Service animals are welcome.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available, free of charge, to visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs can be requested at the ticket desk. Motorized wheelchairs are permitted in the museum.
The "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat" film is closed-captioned, as well as all videos in the exhibit gallery.
Assisted Listening Devices and Induction Loop
Assisted listening devices (headset and receiver) are available, free of charge, for the Flour Tower multimedia show. Headsets and receivers can be requested from staff at the entrance to the Flour Tower show. A written script for the Flour Tower is available upon request.
The Flour Tower show is also equipped with an induction (hearing) loop that transmits directly to hearing aids with T-coils. Please note that if your hearing aid(s) have a telecoil, it is not necessary to check out an assistive listening device and headset. All that is necessary is to activate the telecoil on your hearing aid(s).
Sign Language Interpreters
